Women’s & Men’s Health
STD screening and treatment, birth control counseling, vaginal infections, menstrual concerns, erectile dysfunction, testosterone evaluation, and hormone-related concerns.
 
Physicals & Forms
Annual wellness exams, sports physicals, school physicals, work physicals, return-to-work clearances, DOT physicals (in-person only), FMLA forms, doctor’s notes, and other medical paperwork.
 
Weight Management
Medical weight loss consultations, lifestyle guidance, lab monitoring, and medication options when appropriate.
 
Labs & Referrals
Lab orders, STD testing, chronic condition labs, imaging orders, and referrals to specialists when needed.

Comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate symptoms, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Psychiatric medication evaluation, prescribing, monitoring, and ongoing follow-up care.
 

Mental Health Conditions Treated

Anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, ADHD evaluation/support, sleep disturbances, stress-related concerns, and binge eating and emotional eating behaviors.
 

Labs & Monitoring

Ordering and reviewing labs when appropriate to support safe and effective medication management (e.g., metabolic panels, thyroid function, medication monitoring labs), and coordination with primary care as needed.
 

Supportive Care & Follow-Ups

Ongoing symptom monitoring, treatment adjustments, and coordination of care to support long-term mental wellness.

Telehealth Services

Our virtual visits are designed for convenience with early morning, evening, and weekend availability.

Telehealth may be used for:
Sick visits, follow-ups, chronic care management, medication refills, lab review, mental health visits, and treatment planning.

​

Some services may require in-person evaluation, labs, imaging, or referral depending on the concern.
